I haven't played the other matches you have talked about, but I think that it's pertinent to say that PSO2 started in Japan 8 years ago, and also the PSO2 Meseta NA release is blatantly waaaaay behind. I am closing in on my first NA level 75 class but I have essentially no experience with JP, so the following advice is just my understanding from what I've seen with this particular subreddit, not firsthand experience. We've got QoL and some class material from episode 6 (latest in JP), we have narrative up until episode 3, we've got real classes around episode 4, and we are now facing bosses from the episode two era.
All that to say, there's lots of articles already, and NA is probably on a faster pace for"new" content than any other MMO has been, because we have all the years of present content to that just needs localization and possibly minor alterations. And to add on a little more, we're still getting 100% original content. The present event is 4th of July/Independence evening and there is some fun new models in the hub (the shopping area has a giant statue of liberty) and fresh VERY American outfits to your Arks.

I decided to bite the bullet and gave it a try since the Tweaker was available for the Vita variation also and finally found myself picking it up on the PC when studying the control scheme was marginally different there (that the Vita version entirely lacked three-button mode).
Before that, I had been playing different games like Dragon's Dogma Online and Warframe and discovered what Phantasy Star Online 2 offered was very much in exactly the same lines as these games but all three provided something different that another did not have. In ways, it's sad for me Dragon's Dogma Online went down (however its time-based grinding was one of the things that set me off PSO2) and it is amazing for me to realize that Warframe and Phantasy Star Online 2 came out relatively close to each other but also in different regions and by about annually. I understand from old videos I've seen that PSO2 has gone through several facelifts in the UI and the lobby. Alongside that, I do believe the changes made to PSO2 over time do add up and have put PSO2 at a position that is strange also like games like Warframe.
If I could be honest, I would certainly love an overhaul of the menu system so that you can look up a nearby character, view their equipment/appearance/class, and also do the same if you wanted to look at someone in your party or buddies list (that specific menu option is one that I can only find on the Nearby Characters menu). I definitely feel like some of those options can be compact so that you can easily access public character info wihtout fiddling through specific menus and things such as the equipment/customize menu get streamlined too in order to don't just have two different menus for locating the can you buy meseta on pso2 gear that you wish to place on or take off.

The guards should not be in a position to spam 15 dribble moves in Buy NBA 2K21 MT Coins a row and still be able to zoom dip and beyond. That is unrealistic and unfair to shield against. This goes double for those playmaking bigs.

Until the balances arent shared. While I am okay with starting over, my spouse wouldn't he down with losing what to swap and could probably just quit playing instead of reprosressing.

Combat is entertaining, but its a experience. Tons of prompts, tons of missions (most of these useless), narrative is presented as a"all cutscenes of x match" video on youtube, ad then it gets to a point where you just repeat the same assignments again and again. I understand that its a grindy match, but that part came too quickly for my tastes. In addition, the monetization is atrocious. I know that its f2p and they gotta earn cash, but its like a mobile game. Several currencies, always being reminded of how much better of a time youd have if you paid, etc. I just went back into ffxiv and'm preparing for the fall expac in fate 2 after seeing that the sub-par pso2 hardly provides you some benefits about making Phantasy Star Online 2 more convenient.
Also I dont know how popular of an opinion it is but the menu and sub menu based ui is ATROCIOUS. I'm fine with f2p doing money but badly pso2 is really awful in this, first day on PC and you got prompt for 6 distinct limited time events, what's a lootbox etc.. Game is really battle and fun. As soon as you get past the issues of MS store Phantasy Star Online 2 runs flawless (for me at least). Controls are responsive and very controller/m&friendly. This could have been the smoothest sticks on a MMO if it wasn't for the MS shop fucking up shit.Without mentioning the monetization you can't discuss a MMO. Some games manage it well (Warframe), and others beg one to crack open your wallet at virtually every turn (Black Desert Online). Phantasy Star Online 2 type of falls into the center. The game is playable for free, and I was not able to find any content. The mill to level up and make loot that is pso2 buying meseta better felt balanced round free-play did I feel like a second class citizen. However, that does not mean Phantasy Star Online 2 is not packed to spend money.

You will find scratcher tickets that are loot boxes along with a battle pass filled with cosmetics, and a decorative shop. While I am not a fan of lootboxes, Phantasy Star Online 2 never pushed them into my head outside of a simple tutorial which clarified to make"FUN" points to the free version (yes, you will find numerous themed loot boxes to choose from in Phantasy Star Online 2). The makeup from the free ticket had been less intriguing than people stashed away over the premium ones, but that I was able to discount the cheap meseta pso2 scratcher tickets entirely once that Client Order was from the way.
