This whole installation will cost you approximately 2-2.5M, and is an excellent general setup for slaying. Don't forget to also use a RS gold number of that money to purchase super collections (Super Strength/Attack/Defence potions) which you should use on ALL your slayer tasks. It might seem like you are spending a lot at first but it speeds your tasks up clearly and is well worthwhile, and you'll be profiting from the slayer drops / hint scrolls anyway.
Just like they said above, fighter torso is the way to go, and you may use it right now if you were to get it. For the legs, personally I enjoy Verac's skirt for its prayer bonus (and manliness). Even if you don't beg for your whole undertaking, you might as well use up your base prayer points on such as superhuman strength (+10% strength to the first part of your task is pretty fine ), along with the prayer bonus just causes it to go that much farther.
About the super collections, super attack and strength are essential on all tasks, but super defenses you might want to just bring if you discover you're hit a lot on a single specific task. Whatever the case, superb guards are very cheap compared to the others, and they just concern with them is they take up inventory space. Another thing you should pick up is a DDS to your firearms (if you haven't already). It is inexpensive, and has a good offensive unique that can minutely speed up your task (if anything it makes you feel great getting two great stacked hits).
If you intend on slaying a good deal, you need to make an effort to work toward completing the tricky Seer's Village diary, as the Improved Excalibur is a superb healing spec weapon (+200 lp every 5 min is nothing to buy osrs gold paypal sneer at). It has some high requirements, but it's surely well worth it.
