Second, CCB is not a percentage boost, but a static boost of +30 range attack within the Rune Crossbow. Obviously +120 compared to +90 is a massive gap, a difference of 33 percent. However, I am using range-boosting armour to RS gold receive a range strike of +141 with Rune crossbow, so CCB would be +171. Therefore, CCB will be just 21% more accurate than rune, ignoring the accuracy increase from Void (it likely does not matter anyway as it piles multiplicatively) Thus, ignoring the difference from eagle eye, it's a choice of +5% damage AND precision, as opposed to +21% accuracy. hmm.

Funny Bunny said: Also remember that a chaotic recharge using a blend of tokens and gp prices 20k tokens. I'm not sure your existing rates but keep in mind that eventually you will achieve floors that grant 20k tokens per. Considering these floors can take 23-28 moments, and I doubt you would have the ability to make 2 mil inside this time at frosts, it becomes worthwhile to simply use tokens for your fix. And although you can't now get that many tokens that fast, remember there are limited uses to tokens and that there is no fluctuation in their own value (meaning the tokens you get now will probably be worth the exact same theoretically as those you earn when you're 120 Dung). A fantastic analogy would be the idea of conserving your effigies until it is possible to do them ; Either way the ending reward is going to be the same (Dragonkin Lamp), the only distinction is what you give up on your way to getting there (in this case xp in a variety of skills).

So the jist of this Get CCB and recharge chaotics with tokens. I don't actually have a great group, so I get on typical 10-11k tokens per hour, the equivalent of 0.9-1m. Yeah, that's less than that which I could make from doing other things.

What I am proposing is: if you currently have large range damage bonus (ie. Void) you'll want CCB because it will increase the likelihood of those already high hits reoccurring. Meanwhile, if you have a more exact armour (ie. Armadyl) you'll need Rigour because you are already hitting often, you may too make each hit stronger.

The entire idea is that you'll one day be there... or near along with the tokens you get then will probably be worth the same as they're now. So while 17k tokens may seem like a lot today, someday they will be pocket change and you would rather have an extra 2mil than 17k tokens (that will otherwise be invested on Dungeoneering xp). Sorry now your mind is likely made up; I have turned your question to a buy OSRS gold persuasive composition:D (much more like a discussion really). You are right though; the other equips play a huge factor as does the way Jagex actually implements these bonuses and for this reason I believe it becomes too complex to rationalize mathematically.
