How to Edit a Memorized Transaction in QuickBooks from Kaitlyn Dever's blog

You may edit a transaction's name, frequency, reminder settings, and other details from the Quickbooks Memorized TransactionsList once you've memorised it in QuickBooks. Simply follow the five steps below to get started.

In QuickBooks 2011, 2012, and 2016, this feature operates the same way.

• Select Memorized Transaction List > Lists from the menu.

• Highlight the transaction in the Memorized Transactions List dialogue box.

• Select Edit Memorized Transaction from the drop-down menu by clicking Memorized Transaction.

• Make any necessary changes to the memorised transaction in the Schedule Memorized Transaction dialogue box.

• Click OK when you're done.
