Bigwigs were starting to look to Rsgoldfast from Cuiyanzhou's blog

You are not adding additional income, merchandise at 2.6m and advertising revenue at 225k. Add them to the RS3 & OSRS gold amounts and it is logical.

As well as this branchout, both years had 3 DXP events but 2019 had one extended over a 10 day period. It is quite interesting that the huge boom in OSRS inhabitants did little to halt the decline of MTX revenue; I am inclined to believe that 2019 was way, way worse for RS3's MTX than the stats (along with the record ) say .

OSRS is of course doing gangbusters. No real surprise there, the game's been doing incredibly well and everyone knows it.

I would recommend getting wary, however; I remember a couple of months ago there were rumors that the bigwigs were starting to look to Rsgoldfast since the future as a result of financials, and this kind of data would actually support that talk.

Positive attention is not always good.I believe with the amount of new devs they've hired this season, as well as MikeD stating that they still want to double the size of their dev team, I would say that the management has really realized that OSRS is their most powerful product now.

As long story short jagex should reverse the quantity of staff available for the main game into OSRS.I mean they kind of already have. If you look at any news article, the number of mods OSRS has is sort of mad in comparison to what it was another calendar year.
