Black Light Led Strips are the latest innovation in the lighting industry. They are so bright that they can be used indoors or outdoors, even during dark nights. They come in a variety of colors including white, yellow, red, green, blue, pink, orange and black.

Most people would be familiar with the old fashioned incandescent light bulbs. These are bulbs which produce light by heating up a small amount of metal wire. This produces a small amount of heat which is what produces light. With black light LED strips there is no need for a bulb because the strips themselves produce light. The strips use a special type of LED technology called phosphorescent LED technology.

How do Black Light LED Strips work?

The strips use the same type of technology as the LED lights in your TV, computer and mobile phones. However they are very different. In normal LED lights the metal wire is heated up and the light produced is from the heated wire itself. In black light LED strips the metal wire is not heated up. Instead the LED chips themselves are activated by the light produced by the other LED chips in the strip. This results in the strips producing light.

The black Smart LED Strips Lights are also more durable than ordinary LEDs. They don't get damaged easily. If they do break they can be easily repaired. They also have a longer lifespan than traditional LED bulbs. Most black light LED strips last for around 20 years compared to the 2-3 years of life for ordinary LED bulbs.
