Dude, I am running classic in 60 fps min settings in an i3 6100 iGPU, yours is more than powerfull enough to run a 13 year-old game.

PS: Classic still runs just like dog shit in cheap wow classic gold Orgrimmar because of being limited to a single core despite being based upon the Legion client because picking the patch prior to multi threading has been the simplest way to cut prices.
